After a successful (3rd) install of Omeka S, the admin password set at the install is not accepted. Additionally, no email is sent out when using the “rest password” link. This is issue was noted on the Omeka forum, but the user solved it without understanding how (Can’t log in to Omeka/can’t change password - Omeka S - Omeka Forum).
This type of thing is likely best handled via a support ticket since it’s not something we can recreate on our end and since others are running Omeka S currently seems perhaps localized to your school’s server setup rather than something more broadly related to Omeka or Reclaim Hosting.
